This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from Xibnarexxlo. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. The return period begins on the day you receive the product. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Custom or made-to-order items may have different return terms, which will be communicated at the time of purchase. Please contact us before returning custom items.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original, unopened packaging when applicable
  • Products must be unused and in new condition
  • All original accessories, documentation, and tags must be included
  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or modification
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

Cost of Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items. Xibnarexxlo is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within the return period to request a return authorization
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization
  6. Include the return authorization form with your shipment

Returns without prior authorization may be refused. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once we receive the item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized items that were made to your specifications
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or modified
  • Items without original packaging or missing components
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Items that cannot be resold due to health or safety reasons

General Legal Requirements

This return policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy. In some jurisdictions, you may have additional rights that cannot be excluded or limited.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable warranty laws or consumer protection legislation.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it ships without penalty. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to this return policy.

For custom orders, cancellation may be subject to fees if production has already begun. Cancellation terms for custom items will be specified at the time of order.

To cancel an order, contact us immediately with your order number. We will confirm the cancellation and process any applicable refund.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.

Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your financial institution. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks.

If your return is rejected, we will contact you to explain the reason and provide options, which may include repair, exchange, or store credit where applicable.

Refunds will not include original shipping charges unless the return is due to our error. Restocking fees may apply to certain items as specified at the time of purchase.
